Thanks for the replies. Shortly after I posted we lost power for 20 minutes or so. Power is back on, and cutter sounds alot better, like it did before when it worked properly. Not sure what happened, but it seems at times the power(electric) is not as great as it should be here in the mountains...

Thanks for the tip Rod. I've done some plots before where the cutter would cut one character, then go all the way to the other end, back and forth. This tip will save time and less chance of vinyl getting screwed up or off line from all the back and forth through the cutter. George

Have you tried to export as .ai file ext? Then import into CS. You may have to "convert to curves" in e6 before you export. George
