If you upgraded to designart 2000 you would have wasted alot of money, be thankful you didn't. 3.5 was real good, from there I don't know what happened other than my experiences I posted here about the support and never fixing the problems. George

File is supposedly saved as a version 9 .cdr file. Any ideas why I can't open the file? I asked for vector, it looks like a regular cdr file, but when I open or try import, I see nothing. I have version 9 here. George

Bill, Signlab also has a forum, and I noticed other tech notes with 7.1 in the support/ knowledge base you may want to take a look at. It is over my head as far as understanding what they mean, but maybe search the forum. I'm sure you'll be happy with version7 once you get past this point...

Are you pinch wheels located in the right place? This will sometimes cause an error. I would check to make sure they are in the right position. George

I think the font came with version 9, I'll have to check the cd when I get home. I had the text typed out the way I wanted, then I simply dragged over the font when I was editing it or something, and accidently dragged and dropped, and then wound up with what I have. All others in that family...
