I think that this is a common problem to any laminator.

When you lower the rollers you have to have someone holding a nice steady even tension on the film from the backside of the laminator so that there are no wrinkles visible on the feed side.

Great advice OAD, we recently had a file that changed just like that, sending them back a .jpg would have been a great way to go and saved me a lot of hassle. PDF's do all kinds of stuff, jpg's don't.
