I do not think UPS will ever have to worry about what the damage is, they usually deny claims claims based on "improper packaging" 1st.....I never insure shipments......I charge clients for insurance and then "self insure".....I am sure over the years I am 100s if not 1,000s of $s ahead.....

Stouse does die cut stickers using a letterpress and heated zinc dies.....

The term "die cut graphics" drives me nuts....But it seems to be in very common use..... PS....It also bugs me when some folks call stickers decals......lol.....

This is a little off the point.....But how many folks have some redundancy in their equipment? For the OP it seems he is putting all his eggs in one basket by not having backup equipment...And in this case he has incurred extra expense and lost revenue....Those 2 things will often pay for extra...
