I've been getting this message lately when I start up my Coreldraw 2020. I haven't changed anything on my computer or external drives.

My cutting strip is the original one so I'll look at replacing that and cleaning the plotter head. I use Substance Inc. material. I've been using it for probably 8 years at this point. This issue has only popped up recently. I think I'm using a 60 degree 1.15 for that material.

I recently put in a new blade like I normally do every 8 months or so and the cutting depth has been really inconsistent. It’s never been like this before. I’m cutting 21mil material. Could the material itself have inconsistent thickness?

It needs to be printed on high tack vinyl and laminated. I just haven't had any luck finding a color code that's close to the plastic hood.

I'm having a tough time finding a color code for a bright green that will go with the attached pic.

Just recently my 1324X has started leaving Magenta streaks on the edges of the material. I've tried cleaning the ramps but that didn't seem to help much if at all.

We used an OEM MS. I attached a pic of the nozzle check I just did. It's not very good at all.

I did do a nozzle check last night and most of the black was out along with the yellow.

I was having an issue with black streaks recently. Did a few head soaks now the black in my prints is printing green. MS was done last year. Dampers 2 years ago. I typically only print 1-2 days a week as I'm a part time business. Is it time for a new printhead?

I'm printing on Convex Jersiprint which is 6mil thick. I'm trying to find a conformable clear transfer tape that would work well with this material. Any suggestions?

The issue is that it's not saving my settings after I do a contour so I have to keep re-entering them. Before I re-installed X6 it would save my settings.

I just re-installed X6. When I do a contour it keeps defaulting back to the default settings.

Anyone have any experience with a Summa T750 cutter? When I cut 48" long thicker vinyl/laminate (12mil total) it doesn't cut accurately. On shorter pieces it works good.

They're not printing on the media regardless of wether they show up in the Wasatch preview.

Having an issue with Wasatch printing software. After we put the registration marks in Corel with Winplot and export the file for Wasatch some of the resigistration marks don't show up in Wasatch. It doesn't happen on every file.
