Fred is right. But even in a sans font like Myriad, italic has a different versions of letters, in this example is the "a" and "e."

At what speed do you cut? I literally use the slowest speed possible on long runs of trans, especially if they have a border. I cut a lot of things at a speed of 100. But on jobs like described above, I cut at 001.
