Yeah, I've never had a problem with mine and it's 9 years on the original cutting strip. But I am pedantic about adjusting the blade depth. OP...if you leave the rollers down for a long time (ie over night/all day) after cutting they can get a flat spot on the rollers.

Might be able to stick stand offs on with the same glue that sticks review mirrors to your windscreen.

Bandsaw will do it fine, you don't need perfect edges anyway, your cutter doesn't cut right to the edge.

Batang has a different tail on lower case "a", try Bookman Hd BT (Roman) Capitals typed, kerned and squished.

Try Vinyl EFX Mosaic Silver which is owned by R-Tape, looks pretty close to the same I have. http://www.rtape.com/product-lines/vinylefx-metalized-media scroll down and open Mosaic silver and it has a pic there.

Hmmm, I just downloaded Dianna Script Agency Bold from http://thefonty.com/font/diana-script-agency-bold-plain001000/download-0 and it's fine, no nicks etc, once the letters are welded it would be ready to cut. Where are the blemishes in yours? Bit hard to see in the uploaded pic but its fine on...

For the E3 try Signata BQ (Medium).....not exact but only needs a minor tweek...closest I got.

I've removed print from 2ft sq Perspex faces with turps, took about 5 minutes and the faces looked like new. I was interested to see if it would come off cleanly before I ordered new faces...and it did. My suggestion is to try a small area, you've got nothing to loose, if they won't clean off...

I use AMP Font Viewer http://www.ampsoft.net/utilities/FontViewer.php which allows me to look at installed fonts and the 60 odd thousand I have on a hard drive. It also will install a font that I select that isn't installed, or, I can temporarily install so I can use it in my sign program...

Did a search for GOOMBA JOHNNY'S and all the ones I found used Heidelbery-Condensed (Normal). Yours looks like a very, very bad trace of the original font.
