I think its a heavily modified font (the N,C,T,S,A)...either Century Book or MillerDailyOne could be used as a base... easy node edit.

Take some exact measurements and plot the black, then lay knifless tape in 5mm and overlap red... is the way Id do it too. I have never used Oracle, is the red slightly see thru as you may have a 5mm dark red where it overlaps the black, but there isn't any way round that. The edge of the black...

Back to the OP.....Did you apply the Reflective vinyl wet or dry install? Wet installs can turn some Reflectives Black/discolored and most say dry install only.
