Dose anyone have any ideals what could be causing the magenta to print like in the picture. It doesn't want to print the first 3/4" or so of printing. Thanks for letting me know. I had them quote the last job I did but was actually kind of leery because they were quite a bit cheaper than the place I've been using so I didn't try them. That's one of the reasons I wanted to see if anyone here used them.
