There is a lot of information on this site about cleaing print heads using similar methods to what I described as well as making your own cleaning solution.

I have had sucess bringing heads in the condition of yours back by soaking them in cleaning solution. Every couple of days I would put them in a sonic cleaner with clean fluid for about 3 minutes and flush 30cc of clean fluid through them with gentle pressure. You can see the in the color change...

I just installed the new windows update and my fonts are working. No need for the Flexi fix. Microsoft corrected the problem.

I would just turn off updates until flexi fixes this problem. If you don't turn it off you will have to uninstall the update every couple of days. I did it yesterday and had to do it again today because I didn't turn off automatic updates.

I have to agree. My experience with Casey was the same when I bought mine two years ago.

My wife likes to do custom wraping paper usually with rubber stamps and such on white or brown kraft paper. A couple of years ago I used my graphtec with a felt tip pen to draw christmas items all over the paper. It was pretty cool but took some time.

There are several threads on this subject on here. My preference is wsdisplay.com. They have great prices and service.

Imprintables.com has some stuff that blocks dye migration but I don't know if it is compatiable with the Edge. Mike from imprintables will probably chime in on this.
