    I do not think it is worth the savings...For as cheap as banner material is why not spend a little more (which is cents) for a good quality product.

    Anyone know of a good supplier to get 3/16" poly-carbonate material for a back-lit sign? Its a big one so would have to be sold out of a roll. Only place I have tried is Interstate Plastics but not sure if they have the best pricing or not?

    Any tips on mounting translucent printed vinyl with 290 over laminate 3'x18' to lexan for a back-lit sign? If I start it and then mount it using a laminator will it track straight enough for 17 ft?

    Its always nice to have a backup as well. I had to order rolls of 3751 and fellers was out so I had to go another route.

    You may want to look into building profiles. Sometimes with stock profiles you cannot get the speed with the quality. If you dial in your profiles you can print faster and still have the quality. Normally 8 pass is more than enough for vehicle wraps.

    glad I am not the only one. It doesnt seem to do it after 10 ft or so I tried comparing it to the 180 backing paper and it does seem a lot thinner so it probably doesnt take much to buckle the edges just in shipping.

    yeah understood just trying to find out the reason for the head striking the 3751 on the ends of the rolls. Not sure if it is because my suppliers damage them handling them or if its just a thin material with thin backing so it lifts easier.
