Ditto.....bought my cutters to do signs and banners.....Now most of my work is garments and novelty signs....I am happy to let "real sign folks" do the "real signs" and I will stick with the other stuff....
Are these for "1 offs" or will you have a quantity of 1 or more designs?....Depending on the quantity of each design, TradeNet Publishing can do them....
Thanks for the "alternative" ideas.....The vinyl is for decorative monogram tiles.....I will have to give these a shot and see how they work and look.....
Does any one make matte vinyl in colours other than black or white?.....Looking for a dark brown now.....I am not looking for interior vinyl like Oracal 631.....Thanks.....
Even if you have recourse, you need to ask yourself if the offending contractor has the funds to satisfy your claim....As far as insurance, resultant damage is typically covered even if there is no coverage for the poor workmanship itself....
And in the last elections the polls predicted a different outcome...When push comes shove and folks get out their wallets, I doubt 2 out of 3 will be anywhere close.....

As far as retaillers being at fault....Why blame them?....Is it your fault your clients want imported shirts versus USA made shirts?...I sell what my clients...

In most of the agreements I have read, such a clause typically applies to marketing and/or advertising efforts and usually narrow in scope......Newspaper ads, websites, yellow pages, etc....
I am not sure how "copyright" got into this conversation with no mention of "trademark"...When you reproduce a logo you need to also worry about violating "trademarks".....

I have not used www.fiverr but see a lot of overseas folks on there.....I was contacted by a young guy that works for one of the US based art services....They charge 20.00+ and he gets paid 1.80+......So 5.00 is an enormous increase.....
Try the same thing in a "commercial dishwasher"......Higher temperature and harsher detergents and they will come off in a few washes....And no matter what you told a client, they will not take any responsibility.....
