The banding in the purple especially looks like too much heat. But your heat settings look low to me. This could also be due to ink starvation, but I wouldn't expect that from a new printer operating at 720x720 16 pass. Have you tried other profiles?
I loathe strokes.
When you import the Illustrator file into Flexi, you can Arrange>Convert Stroke to Outlines.
Or even better, open the file in Illustrator and Object>Path>Outline Stroke.
I prefer brown liquor with Sprite (or any lemon lime soda). It's a tad lighter in taste than a cola.
I like to drink Crown on the rocks after the ice has melted just a bit to slightly dilute the Crown. Mmmmm....weekend.
I think I understand that this is an Illustrator file you imported in Flexi? If so, what was designed in Illustrator as a gradient was likely parsed by Flexi into hundreds of polygons that create the blend contained by a clipping mask.
You may try filling the clipping mask with your own gradient.
We typically do chili with all kinds of fun toppings. I make a couple homemade salsas, spinach artichoke dip, guacamole etc. The neighbors are bringing the booze.
"Somewhat real" is the key phrase there. While the subjects may be somewhat real, the finished product you see on tv has been edited and distilled into something less than reality.
And speaking of "Intervention", I question how real that is. I mean what junky allows tv crews to follow them...
Off the top of my head, here are a few upgrades from v8 to v10:
• v10 automatically saves files with a copy of the text converted to outlines so one can open the file in the future without having the font.
•v10 has a transparent soft shadow (which I never use)
•v10 supports some printers that...
