We have an older 7.6 pro version only for cutting only and it does the same thing every few months. We just re-load the cutter in PM and it's back in business and it remembers what the old setting were. :help Why I don't know, I'm the only one who can apply updates to the computer systems or...

I like the ease of use of the site, pretty easy to get around and find what I'm looking for. Everything reads fine to me and is neatly laid out. I do think some of the images are dated compared to other sites. I know you said things are limited at this point..... I prefer to have a flat rate...

Maybe try a new cable or the usb output went bad. Had a bad one on the laptop and got HOT if anything was connected to it.

I used to use http://www.dcsigns.com/ years ago when I did electric signage. They changed their name but the service was great, used them for over 10 jobs back in the day when neon was the way to go. Even broken pieces by the shipping carrier were replaced very quickly.

Thanks for that info, it's not a deal breaker but good to know. I like setting up most of the production files when I can (designer), that seems like a neat trick. I'll just use it on the RIP computer.

Is this feature not available in Flexi Designer 10.5.1? I don't see it in my menu. Or am I blind.....

I would say that I'm pretty good working in Flexi but I was curious if in version 10 (designer) can I make an animated gif web banner?:popcorn:
