    My RE is 5 months old now and i never had a problem with the ink at all. I know i heard that they had a problem with the VS when it came out but they resolved it.

    I have my heaters at 106 and 122 all the time and have no problems printing on any Oracal vinyl.

    If this is happening only on 3165 or some other cheap Oracal vinyl i think it is the vinyl and not your printer. I think you should try different alternatives and see how it goes.     When it comes to vector work i design in CMYK using the Roland Color Pallete. When i do raster work then of course you work in RGB if using Photoshop.

    Why are you surprised, even here in the states if you are a new business and don't have any good relationship with any dealer you would pay more than $22000 or so including the RIP for a new L26500.
