    I am glad i bought a Roland. Almost bought the HP but changed my mind in the last minute just because the dealer won't do sh!t to help you when it comes time to use the warranty.
  11. Print head fix or replace?

    I would say that is not too bad of a test print, i think you should be able to fix it without changing the printhead. Just let it soak for awhile and see if it gets better. Also do some printing, the more you print the better, it could get better just by printing.

    I think the problem is in the capping station. When i had my JV3 i had the same problem you are describing and what i did was changed the capping station and the two pumps and since then never had ink failure. I did buy OEM parts.

    The Big Squeegee could be your best bet to laminate if you got no money to spend on a laminator.

    As far as i know they are based in Seattle, WA and Peabody, MA. You can buy direct from them. The best cutter i have owned so far, like rjssigns said load a 50yrd roll and forget about readjusting.
