    Love NPR, I am friends with the local stations on air talent and he is always introducing some cool music. I even listen to the classical in the afternoon sometimes, I love doing intricate work to it (well that and a bottle of wine). It's my shop, I do what I want, don't judge.

    Mine usually goes away after the first foot or so but if it is a heavy solid most guys just run the outside two rollers. Make sure that you roll out your material so it is loose on the feed side or it will buckle as well.

    Absolutely No. You can buy an offset press for $ .02 but it takes skill to run one. If you are just looking for process color / glossy paper type stuff you should be outsourcing them to a color house as they can do it cheaper.

    You can do anything in 5.5 that you can do in Corel. Might be a little different method but both will basically do the same thing.

    +2 Pre roll out the material. I also use media clamps with banner material and set the heads to high.

    One would think that the tension is too tight at the ends and pushing the material to the center. Have you tried reducing the pressure at both ends equally?
