Looks good, next time use matte clear acrylic so you dont have that horrible glare. Im sure you can see it just as much in person as it shows up in pictures.
diff sign manufacturers use diff kinds a tracking. Gemini is popular. weld on will work. I like to use silicone and mechanical fasteners such as rivets or small stainless countersunk screws.
Just did this 3x6' 3/16 plex with 1/2 black letters stood off the yellow panel, Mounted to wall with 6 1" standoffs, I get them from my materials vendor but you can also get them from fairfield displays or outwater plastics. For a 4x8 panel you could get away with 6 safely but I would do 8...
unless he puts up a tarp or something to keep heat in thats just pissing in the wind.
Still dont know what material its going on, but as long as the vinyl sticks to it this sounds easy only being 8' tall. Dress in layers, and the taple idea and torch is a good idea to have on hand
Agreed. but you should do a little better job screening people before you take the time for a sitdown and stuff. After a few questions its easy to tell who is for real and who isnt.
Has anyone painted the 4x4 vinyl post sleeves with good results? What type of prep and paint did you use? We need to do some in black. I thought about wrapping it in some black control tac, but would rather paint it
please do. I am looking to replace my pos lassco's I was thinking about making something run on a motor with a wheel and guillotine similar to a mechanical shear on a small scale for corner rounding. but I dont the time right now. so something manual will have to do.
I just have to ask, why did you shut the business down? dont you have people capable of running it for a day or two while you are gone? Sorry for your loss.
