nope I just have it laid the whole length of the substrate and pull back about 6" at a time with my left hand and squeegee with my right. I can pull back the backing paper and keep the vinyl taught with my left while I continuously squeegee with my right. Gotten it down to a pretty good science...

gemini wont sheet the whole backs of the letters just pieces. You just need to apply small dallops of silicone between the tape.
clean board, put 2" strip of application tape on one end, peal back backing paper that 2", then lay down vinyl and peal backing I paper as you sqeegee it down dry.
I need to start researching for my next printer when my hp9000 takes a poop. hopefully not for a long while. But I kinda wanna get latex because I am sick of the fumes. Not too happy about having to laminate everything. We only laminate long term outdoor signs without request.

I print a ton of banners, but I will be hitting up my regular clients that order the big stuff that I sub out and see if they need anything.
P.s how many days for ground shipping to PA. dunno what shipping comp you are using
