You will need webbing sewn in for structure. This is a big liability putting something above cars/people. You cant expect just a heat welded seam to do the trick.

first step is a good field survey, you need to figure out what kind of extrusion system it is. get cabinet sizes ex. Then get your info on the system and figure out your size of face and clip placement.

Why are you not repainting the letters? if it is just two colors. paint the background color then go in there and paint the letters gold again
