    doing a mickey mouse paintjob on some painted concrete and getting some decent results on a 12" flat cut letter dont make using rattle cans a good suggestion for doing a professional quality job on a 60sqft plastic sign faces. There are special paints designed to do the job as others above me...

    I forget what system that is but i have done those systems in stadiums. My memory is a bit fogged but you put something wide and flat in that channel , push downward and remove the keeper that on the bottom. I use a really small prybar and wide chisel that I dulled down to remove and tension...

    after you get done quoting those quantities they will say they dont think they need that many, please quote qty of 1000 2500 and 5000

    I would have printed it and to cut out and apply 6 double sided yard signs and stake them would take me about 10 minutes. To cut the vinyl weed and tape would def be closer to an hour. do you have a printer or are you asking about time to cut vinyl?
