When we build a radius wall in a house, we would cut the top and bottom plates out of plywood, put in whatever studs were needed, and cover with 1/4" plywood. The 1/4" plywood has a lot of bend in it. Could be something similar with this sign.

I just started taking echecks through quickbooks. So far I'm liking it, 2 business days and the money's in my account. I haven't had to test it yet, but quickbooks support tells me that if they approve the payment they will go after any non-sufficient funds and I don't have to.
