SAI will not offer support because I got the software through SW with a bundled package. The support from SW was very vague and was told to reinstall in software and that will fix the problem. working on reinstalling flexi now, will update asap.

Thanks, I'll update the situation on Monday. The file that I downloaded for 10.5 asks for a password that I copy and paste based on my 6 digit user code I used for 10.0. Maybe the one I was using was for 10 and not 10.5, either way I'll try what you suggested.

I ran 10 and 10.5 on the same system at the same time for a day before my computer took a nose dive. I'm pretty sure it can be done

Yea that was it, 10.1.10.X now I need to call comcast to get some info. Jhill, what should the gateway be if the IP was 10.1.10.15?, in windows ipconfig the gateway was 10.1.10.1 I set the gateway on the printer one down (10.1.10.000) now I get a "write port error"
