Since I saw this topic last night I've been itching to buy one. I could have used it twice today. It would also save me on gas since I wouldn't have to take the bucket truck out to measure for estimates.

I put masking tape over the registration marks before laminating with white. Then cut around the masking tape through the white vinyl only and expose the registration marks.

Print in reverse on clear vinyl. Laminate the print with white vinyl. Apply vinyl. Done.

just use hemming tape, and a manual grommet press.
