    I just use the Rectangular Selection tool on the Bitmap Edit tool bar, but instead of drawing a selection I just click once on the image and the selection goes away.

    It's been a while, but if I remember correctly the fonts came on a CD and there was a program on the CD that copied all the fonts to a CASFONTS directory on the C drive. I think all the other fonts were located in the standard Windows fonts directory.

    How is connected to the PC ... USB, Serial, Parallel, or Ehternet? Maybe that disk is a USB driver? I have two plotters (one is connected via Serial, the other via Parallel) and all I had to do was select them from the list in PM and they worked. The drivers were installed with Flexi.

    If you device is listed in Production Manager it should work. I don't have my security dongle at the house so I can't check now... however if you list the exact model I'll look for it when I get into the office tomorrow.

    Ours is connected into our network. I don't know much about it when it's connected via a cross over. I'm sure someone else will be a bit more knowledgeable though.

    Got the email. Unfortunately I won't be able to help. These files are Zero KB in size. I would assume your customer incorrectly saved the files. Ask them to re-save the files and you should be good to go. An eps on a Mac is the same as an EPS file on a PC so that was not the issue.
