I think there are a lot of cad programs out there that do not support curves but the main one, AutoCad, definitely does support curves. That being said, I see this problem with dxf files exported from autocad regularly.

We use Color Gate and Onyx. I would love to get rid of Onyx however, I have never been a fan. Be prepared to write you own icc profiles if you use anything other than Onyx, Flexi or Wasatch. For latex, Caldera profiles are starting to become pop up.

If you need to run ActiveX for any reason, your only option is Internet Exploder. I swore I would never use IE again but had to start back when I started using Sharepoint. Unfortunately, ActiveX is part of what makes IE so bad.

I too can not print Korgraphics on this machine. I also have not found a cling that the inks work well with. Other than these two issues, I have not had any problems that lowering the pre-heat would not fix. Also, I am tracking my ink costs and I average about $.21 per square foot which does...

It may boil down to who has been using the name longer. If you started using their trademarked name you probably do not have a chance. If they trademarked a name you have been using then you have a case to keep using it. Oops. I took too long to post and this has already been said.

The take up reel works fine with auto take up disabled in the printer setup menu. I can't think of a reason to ever turn it back on.
