  20. Cutting Excess Vinyl Off Banner

    Only problem with aluminium rulers is that each time you cut something, the blade can shave a small amount off the cutting edge. I have just replaced all mine, as they all had a curve inwards. Get the Drytac or any brand WITH the steel inserted edge.
