I have found that happens when you use heavy ink coverage. Dial back your level to achieve the color you want in cmyk. I have that same issue with heavy printers black with 4over. They turn the cards out so fast the ink doesn't have proper time to cure before packaging.

CES - I agree hiring a designer is not a bad thing and I know the road is long and hard. As for losing money on this. I really don't see it that way as I have been working on this in my downtime instead of watching T.V. So, in that respects I view this trial and error as an affordable hobby...

I got my sample kit from you guys last week. I have been letting my 3 kids go to town trying to trash it with markers, crayons, and even acrylic paint. It all wiped right off with very little effort.

It wasn't, I am going to swap out Edoras for that one. I hopefully plan on coming back and buying more soon. One thing this thread has taught me is how pitiful my font collection is.

Hey steve which fonts did you use. I put together the list you gave me earlier and came up with a 6 font pack I would like to make sure I have whichever those are.

I would love to do something better and more dimensional however, I know what this clients budget is and I don't have access to anyone with a router. I want to be able to mount this on a piece of alumacore. In order to keep costs down.

Sweet. So you think the fonts and everything else are ok?? I was really stressing out about those fonts. I sat for hours staring at everything posted trying to make it jive in my mind. Then searching through hundreds of fonts to choose those.

Here is another idea I was kinda playing around with. Its totally different than the others. Not the old time theme I was trying and just well I don't know what to call it theme wise. Its a doodle.

I would only be concerned with that if that company in the 3rd pic was still around. That isn't my client that is an old beat up sign still attached to the building units he took over.

The last shop I worked in did the same thing. Never seemed to have a problem, and the owner of that shop actually worked for Roland for years as a sales rep & tech prior to opening his own shop. So I would figure if its good enough for someone like that. Should be good enough for everyone else...

Actually I do from my survey. I will post them later today. I have to pull them off my phone. I am mounting above the & between the two units, then 2 window panels one for the Kitchen Gallery & one for the Bath Gallery. I want to keep the same theme across all 3 locations.
