The bottom line: is Signcrafters experienced in the effective and maximum use of a router; are their salespeople knowlegeable enough to sell the products and services a router can produce/provide?

I believe it depends on how effective your salespeople are on the phone, email, social media, and your website. Once you determine their effectiveness, you can do the cost/benefit analysis

TIGHT specs and deadline
Call the distributor and get all the specs you need. My experience says yo should have a 4-6" white space on the bottom to allow for the tape to the retractor.
hmhmhm!!! what about going to Toys R Us, WalMart, etc. and finding the toy truck that meets your specs. Acquire the mfgr info off the package and contact their USA office/sales rep/distributor.
