It is probably not worth the risk to use.....If it is old and/or improperly applied or applied to the wrong kind of material you will have a problem on your hands.....
I have looked at Joomla and WordPress......Starting by building a couple sites with both but at the end of the day Joomla won out.....It is a lot like the Illustrator / Corel discussions....Pretty much a personal preference....
Neon Products was the sign division.....Now it is Pattison Sign Group....And Jimmy owns Coroplast as well.....

Look on Costco or www.tsc.ca Usually tier prices are very good but you get extra warranty and sometime extra goodies......My Toshiba laptop was a real "trooper"....
I know what the market will bear for what ever I am quoting on.....And for certain items I just tell them I will not quote....I pick my battles and try not to be everything to everyone.....
It seems a common complaint about USPS is that individual post master can have their own"interpretation" of the rules....In Canada, Ottawa approves something and the local post offices just do what they are told....Also, we have the option of "Business Only" at a slight premium....
TradeNet is the best....And if you are looking for a size/shape they do not offer, if you send them information on another supplier's offering, they will make the shape/size with no die charge...
I mostly do stuff the local signs shops apparently do not want to do....Small jobs, quick jobs, heat press vinyl, etc....And I have no problem picking up enough work to clear 1,000 a month at my "hobby"...
And I went to the Google School of Sign Making....You can learn anything you need to...
There are bad cheap plotters and there are good cheap plotters.....I can not comment on US Cutter because I have never seen/used them......But I have done about 10,000.00 worth of work with my GCC Expert 24 (about 450.00) and it works like a charm......
