Also when you say the IP on the printer matches the IP on the computer you mean that you the IP address on the printer is the same as the IP address in VersaWorks. If the Computer's IP address...

    Your plotter my not support this feature. I think I saw someone say that their plotter would not poll size when connected via USB. I don't know if that's true or not. My plotters are connected via Serial and LTP.

    Use the poll size button. I don't have my Flexi key at the house so I can't provide a screen shot but it's the button to the right of the material size drop down menu.

    I do patterns all the time. I just use a Sharpie with some masking tape around the grip. Works like a charm and is much less than the "pen tool"

    I love 8.5 It is a lot more stable on my machine than the old 8.1. It hasn't crashed in over a month (knock on wood). The new production manager interface is nice and there a a ton of controls. I can't compare it to 8.1 as I didn't have a printer when I was running 8.1. Here is the new feature...

    Is it a Logitech MX Laser Mouse? I'm having the exact same problem with mine. I adjusted the settings in the control panel, it did nothing. I finally gave up and just got another mouse.
