Im looking for a clear vinyl to print on, not the static cling, i need the vinyl to be clear with adhesive on the back side. Im printing with Eco-Solvent Inks, thanks in advance, Daniel
try the dampers and check the o-rings first, my mutoh Jr had the same problem but it ended up being the o-rings and the fact that i was using that win-com ink. i changed back to original mutoh ink.
well when i check if the head nozzle are clogged i get a syringe with little bit of alcohol and put the syringe in each hole where the dampers connects to the heads. then i push alcohol into the heads to check if all the nozzles are clean or clogged. but im loading a nozzle check right now. But...
im using regular mutoh eco solvent inks. i change all 3 color dampers. im going to change the lines of the cyan to the yellow and the cyan to yellow and see what happens.
no im in douglas, Ga, i changed the damper and now it prints like in the pictures. cyan comes out now but it prints really ugly like if the color head is going out. do you have color heads Robert M
heres some pictures of what its doing now. right before the capping station went out it was printing perfect. so if some one can give me some advice on how to fix it, thank
