the missing black nozzles have to do with damper or o-ring not sealing right.

ok looks good on the colors except black, my thought is that the black head is clogged or the damper is clogged or maybe even the o-ring on the damper. try changing the damper and see if that helps.

lets try this and maybe i can help you out, go to your software make 4 rectangles about 1"x30". make a black, yellow, blue, and red one. before you send it to print do a cleaning cycle then send to print. lets see what that does. this will give me an idea on what is happening. take a pic and...

what RIP are you using and whats the name of the color Profiles that your using?

i print on oracal 651 all the time and it prints good. i have the mutoh falcon JR and the Falcon 48" too. it has to do with your color profiles. which profiles are you using and what RIP software?

the reason why it has the lines thru the print is because you are using the free trial software. you can never cut or print on free trail software or demo version software.

i tried right now printing on the laminate it looks good but im guessing the ink makes the laminate kind of thinner.
