It is one big job, I say check prices on subbing out the print work to a high volume printer like Merritt or ??? Why buy a thing when you can have it delivered to your doorstep without lifting a finger?

I agree but Versaworks would not let me set any profiles or parameters. It chose a generic vinyl profile so I don't know if you can do anything else. The slight difference will still be OK for the 'Government Work' we do around here.

I found the chips in my versaworks rip for my xc-540 I printed them on vinyl so I would end up with a sample chip of what my machine outputs for that color value on standard vinyl. This way no matter what the color looks like on screen I know what my machine will output.

I like the first better than the second.

Take a straight edge and cut it clean across at the height of the toolbox. The area below that line will not serve as effective advertising space. Or you can cut your bottom line on your cutter so that it is perfect. If the line is perfectly straight it will not look like an afterthought.
