There are many contract shops that do jobs like this on a regular basis......But they have the latest technology that allow them to do in a few minutes what takes other shops much longer.....

I would have tried for 20.00+ But would have done it for a little less...Not great margin but acceptable....The key is keeping your time to a minimum....Even a small order often takes 3 hours to process...Order taking, payments, prepare po, receive and ship, followup, thank you card, etc. etc....

Tell him you screwed up and ask him what he thinks is a "reasonable" approach to the problem.....Often folks are easy to deal with if you do not back them against the wall and let them think they are in charge.....

I find clients are way different if you find them versus them finding you......I tend to seek clients out and create a "need" for them.....These folks are less price conscious than folks that find me while "shopping".....

With a CC#, the other numbers seem less important..... PS....Done just fine for over 35 years with no "damm" number.....lol...

The problem is very few of my clients will pay my price when they compare it to China Direct prices that are 40% or 50% less....Good luck.....
