In the preferences I set all units to inches. Under the type settings in Illy, I uncheck "Enable Missing Glyph Protection"

Have you tried unzipping it/re-downloading it again? Used 7zip here, without issue

Really? I don't have the condensed version to check, but it looks wonky for a true font. The L's vertical stroke looks "squished" compared to the horizontal(which also looks squished/chubby.)
