Hey. Any luck? I had same problem with fc8000-75. I never fixed it. Just cut the job on our old mimaki cg130fx. I was shocked that a new graphtec couldn't keep up with an old mimaki cg.

I tried it on a nuvelli box, Bluetooth headset... and it got me a bunch of identical fonts, i was like woah. Android version is nice. It also lets me crop the image, and leave only the word orders letters i want to recognize

Mimaki still gives support on the cg fx series? I have one and its going nuts too, sometimes it wont connect points well, like a 0(zero) the inner or outerline wont connect. Also its started to change the space between sentences of letters. Like between each line, theres a half inch, and...
