    Is the material not usable on another job?.... In this case it is not about being "right", it is about doing what is best for your business in the future....If this is an otherwise decent client, just suck it up and refund the money....Education has a cost and and you just made a payment....

    Have you pondered how many jobs a year will be done in this new space?......Will the jobs you are doing in there carry the overhead or will your other work subsidize this new space?....Sometimes when you calculate it out, as much as your own space is nice, it is far more costly than rented...
