dude, debt free is the way to go on that then. if you have more jobs to spare that require outsourced printing ... I say go for the gusto ... if you're thinking about getting into that side of it ... I say build your dream shop first then just work from home ... nothing like weeding graphics in...

+1 to that. Also, a thousand diamond plates that are a 1"x1" with an inch spacing would be around a 30x33 pattern which would be 60"x66" ... that will always slow your system up ... try working in panels.

Pay to have the files recovered ... sometimes they need to take the drive apart to put the (spindle?) into a new housing since the arms on the hard drive can lock up or the board can crash. Had one a few years ago that had to have that happen to it. well worth the $200 for those files.

That is what I thought. I will do a tutorial in corel tommorrow if I get the time to do so. Pretty simple though. as others have said, curve the text, distort the perspective to angle the text inwards at the top some, make a perspective shadow layer (about 54 ways to do that), outline text...

2 hours drive time by highway is going to average at about 120 miles ... given gas prices, a 240 mile turn around is $30-$40 in just gas, then you have 4 hours of driving to price out and THEN the materials ... ten to one says it was a buddy who did it for him. I have done install-only jobs...

That might be true, but I haven't seen painted vinyl in at least 6 years. Also haven't seen receptive vinyl that isn't for screen printing in almost twice that. If anyone knows a source, I may just have to pick up some receptive vinyl just for my fun jobs.
