Looking for some opinions on OC lam- we matched clearfocus oc lam and perf with disastrous results- fingers everywhere on 7 vehicles that we now have to re-install. Can anyone help cut through the learning curve here? I've been told I'm not the only one with a bad CF experience.

Give it a try. We abandoned MS office 4-5 years ago, and have OpenOffice on all shop machines.

I'm kind of with you, there has to better way to control licenses than dongles. Not that it's much better, but try signcut or see if you can get a driver to cut from another program. (didn't read the whole thread so I didn't see if you said you do or dont have corel/illustrator)

I've done this with Flexi 10, if it's the same issue- the designer panel has been selected and it's resizing in increments. before scrolling, click on the image itself or (better) whitespace in the design window.

Have they bought the blankets? You can take some time pressing them as suggested (which is a good point), or get cloth printed for them from a merchant member.

not that it should matter, but to test: xp machine: start > run, type in "cmd" without the " marks, then "net stop sharedaccess" without the " marks. vista POS: start, control panel, security, windows firewall, set to off. if it still doesn't connect, call me in the morning- i'd be happy to...

What model printer? Does it not have a LAN port or wireless capability? How is it connected to the primary computer?

imho, you'll only learn so much at a class... make friends with an installer or another shop- you'll learn a lot of methods and tricks that a class will never teach.

i wish we had gone with a seal, the reviews i've been reading are stellar.

this, or art pro. art pro is expensive, but you can beat good pricing out of em.

Red Ball is pretty dead-on here, just charge a few hours for removal and take your time with a pink scraper to remove... LOTS of patience.
