That's not a horrible vintage ;-) It's usable by age standards. If it happens from time to time, so be it- 13 months isn't as bad as it could get.

absolutely. there's a fine line between under and over exposed. how are you clearing the print after exposing the screen?
Use an exposure calculator in varying times or do it the slightly less exact way- burn a few halftones on a few screens at varying exposure times- starting with an average...
Suggestion:
2 part diazo (get a cheap quart from atlas or red alert, just to test... we prefer Saati), check your exposure time (our 6-bulb is 8 min MAX), make sure the screens have been properly cleaned and DEGREASED.
I use R-Tape 4075-RLA conform series for everything, even print/plot applications. High tack, but releases easily without ink damage after install.
Might want to check to see how the ink is curing before jumping for a new tape though.
try vipre, it's faster than avast, uses less resources and has great detection rates.
also, if any program advertises that it cleans your registry- don't be an idiot! run away. most registry cleaners do more harm than help.
