Okay, I am trying to make the letters in this word look like they overlap, so i should see the full outline of the letter "b" but I won't see the full outline of the letter "r" because it should appear that part of the "b" is covering it up. I do not want to completely merge the text (img 2)...

Recently I have made a few designs where I warped text (that I had already turned into outlines) into an arch or other shapes. Such as the first attached picture. But the outlines/cut-lines remain unwarped. How do I make outlines/cut-lines to match the warped text? Thaaanks!

I have a customer who just bought a church and needs the old service times removed from the windows and replaced with the new service times. I will be using vinyl lettering, but the old service times were painted on. Should I use a scraper or paint thinner? There are two areas about 2 x 5 feet...

I am... Indian (tomahawk).. not a lot thought so I guess I'm more "gringo." I used to always say "Indian" until people started thinking I was talking about "turban indians." Figured it would just be easier to you the PC term :P

Cool website Jillbeans! Yeah Papyrus was one of the only fonts I had that I thought was close, ugh, but I hate it too.

I have a customer who wants some vinyl letting in a Native American looking font. Preferably a free font or something I likely already have. Any suggestions?

Parcel is the closest thing I see. Though it is not an exact match.

That used to happen with my HP design jet. You might go ahead and change the BG to white vs transparent. And/or select the BG and make it several shades lighter in photoshop or whatever photo editing software you use. Hope that helps!

Thanks for all of the help.. I am slowly but surely trying to figure it out. Was able to hand trace with the pen tool, but wasn't quite as clean as I would like (that takes practice, too :P). Was able to compound the cross in the middle, but had trouble joining that to the outer shield...

I've been using Adobe Illustrator awhile, but I usually only use text, simple and pre-made, mostly ready-to-cut, graphics. I am trying to cut this Episcopal shield for my car, and for practice, but if I cut it like it is, there will be no outline and a BUNCH of unnecessary cuts. How do I make...

HELP! I should know how to do this but apparently now. Trying to figure out how to outline the stroke in Illustrator. Like I go to EFFECT / PATH / OUTLINE STROKE... but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
