i find it funny most layout discussions occur after somethings been installed/created . aside from business cards and logo crits, just haven't seen that many layouts in the development phase

mutoh manual. you can also do a cut adjust with the plotter. should be in the production manager funny enough, i found this site searching for the information. there's a couple threads on the whole process if you use the search function of the site

i've been using http://www.tineye.com/ to check against questionable artwork customers provide me. the database is not very big yet. it's not just professionals, the world as a whole seem to believe all the internetz is under the creative commons license.
