Anytime you print on Clear you will be able to see thru it. Roland did have a machine that had a (white ink) so you could print on clear and the colored inks be opaque. inks leaking Our supplier informed us about a month ago about a problem roland had been having with inks leaking (which ours had just started leaking magenta). The parts were covered by roland and we just had to pay $65 for him to repalace the part now no problems. Been very happy with ours...
