Why do you keep soaking the heads for ?? are they always getting clogged ?? only 2 things can make ink drain like that. An example is like if you had 2 glasses of water, one full, one empty and take one piece of string and put one end in the full and other in empty. In time all the water will...
Its a damn good printer. I still use mine. Literally Printed hundreds of thousands of sq ft on it over the years. Just keep it clean and serviced and it won't be a problem.
I just moved into a new building and seemed to misplace my dongle. Does anyone know if onyx will replace it and for how much ? or will they try and make me pay for onyx 10 ? I still have all the invoices/proof of purchase.
Thanks

Great machine, I have 4 of them. Bought them new back in 2002 and still use them everyday. Its a workhouse with very few problems. Only had to service one machine out of the 6 years i've owned them.

A couple of tips when laminating for retractables. Make sure the tension from the overlam roll is not too tight. Once you run it through, lay it on a flat surface...
I don't understand your problem ??? do you mean the blurry part ??
Had this problem before.. clean around your heads, knife, planten and make sure there are no fibers around.. use a flashlight.
