this is similar to what happened with banners a few years ago.
See it occurring now and it’s the plasticizer emitting from the Coroplast
Try wiping them down with alcohol before printing.

If you don’t have the Onyx key, there is nothing you can do. You can download the new demo version which will work for 30 days until you can buy a new one.
Pouring it down the drain is hazardous!
Solvent and Latex ink evaporates and is no longer hazardous.
UV inks need to be specially removed since they don’t evaporate.
Several customers pour there inks on cardboard garbage.
That is not correct. You do have to have the printer configuration set up for CMYK as well as 6,7,8, etc colors.
I have been profiling in Onyx since version 2.
I know exactly how it works.
I just did 2 customers who had bad heads, one was light cyan and one was light magenta and they didn't want...
I have built profiles for customers with just 4 colors on this printer so they can save money on ink. It knocks square foot price down to 10 cents for ink.

For 15 years I have been including BBC Infrared Dryers with solvent printer sales.
My customers can use these to fully dry the prints just like the Latex.
The 150’ roll goes immediately into the laminator and has zero problems!
On most laminators boat wake is caused by too much pressure between rollers.
The reality is if you apply too much roller down pressure you will have excessive pressure left and right and minimal in the center since the rollers will bow.
This is a problem that’s occurred for many years. I had to train techs to unplug full power from printers before replacing printheads. It always blew out the boards if you didn’t.
