My customers who bought Vanguards from me and wanted white but never use it I set up with white, explained all the maintenance needed, then switched them to flush.
Another of my customers who runs a lot of different projects came up with his own idea.
A couple of times a week he runs white...
Buy equipment from a local dealer who supports the product.
I have dozens of Vanguards I have sold here in the Northeast and don't have any customers who are unhappy with them.

The heads are run through quality control that ae sold as Roland, Epson, Mutoh, Mimaki, etc printheads.
If they fail quality control they are sold through 3rd party dealers and you do get what you pay for.

Sounds more like a pc communication problem.
Change to network connection if it's connected USB.
Take pictures of board before disconnecting.

I have wrap customers with an EPSON who have to reprint a wrap section because of an accident a year later and they match perfectly.
If it’s changing during printing, print small color bars next to print to keep all colors...
Static is the reason Vanguard have de-ionizers installed under the printer carriages near the led lamps.
Static causes overspray to adhere on white parts of print next to printed areas.
When uv printers first came out, my customers would use anti static spray made for laundry and available at...
