Good tip for print and cut machines is to keep in mind like the last person said during print the media could have been skewed and ran a little, if you dont load the media the exact same way the machine will think the crop is in one spot and really be in another. I would always just visually...
We do all of spin pizza walls in dreamscape suede that we print on our 360, we have yet to have any issues. Just pay attention to youre heat ive heard of the material stretching during curing and therefore causing alignment issues. Like i said we have had no trouble and the quality has been...
When we print clear we use 3m 180cv3 profile on or hpl360 you will never get the richness of an opaque print obviously but multi striking will just make them look over saturated. As far as lam Most I wouldn't laminate the translucent because as you said its interior and will hold up just fine.
The only time i have ran into this issues it was because in our shop we run our cut master off of 3 different computers if the cutmaster is open on any other machine than the one you are sending the actual cut file from it glitches for some reason. But every time it cuts around 3/4 of the image...
N Glantz, Grimco, Fellers are our main ones fellers is convenient but bad customer service Glantz has less roll media tons of sheet substrates and led/fab materials and good customer service and grimco has good tech support and a where we get most of our ink and printer supplies.....GOOD LUCK!
They are good machines for what you will probably be doing we bought a sw package a few years back that came with a mutoh, graphtech, and the enduralam cold lam. It got us going nicely and we still have it around today. They just seem to be a little more moody than other machines i have ran but...
Wind slits are huge fail points and unless the customer requires them dont do it, and like the previous person said the vinyl you are talking about using is overkill. If it is a solid color I would suggest something as simple as oracal 751.
Look into 3m new IJ380 it has a lot more stretch and is designed for areas like this. Also make sure you are using 3m primer 94 in those large recessed areas.
I would try to stick with just the 3m laminates on 3m products using different laminates is fine for short term graphics but longer term outdoor graphics i personally would just stay away from second party lams. Especially on Glass, it is effected more by climate change glass reacts different to...
old yellow r-tape
Hey i checked to see if i could track down the product # for this stuff but no luck. the one thing i did notice is the marking inside the core is a different artwork than the normal r-tape or I would assume the newer tapes. but anyway here are acouple pics of it you can kinda...
We have a few rolls of R-tape that are old from our old shop that are yellow and smell like brown sugar and have a hatchmark texture to the face. they are old and not really sure the product number but they are great tapes.
Yep everyone is right you need to flip all jobs that are tiled this keeps color shifts or variations during print to be consistent, if you dont you can get some funky looking prints.
