Pay attention to the whole pattern in the mesh as well as the oz some have a smaller hole pattern and catch more air but have better print quality. But some mesh like ultra flex has bigger holes and a lighter mesh can take more of a beating but does not print as well. good luck!
That came out great it is always nice to see good quality work these days!!! maybe you guys can give me an opinion on a mural my company did last week. Took 3 days a lot of one shot some frustration but the crew killed it and we think it came out great. It was for a local distillery here in...
We have ran both 40c-10r and well ij35c-10r the 35c just has the comply adhesive on it and we use it for outdoor signage on a lot of jobs. Mostly jobs that we know are shorter term and most likely wont be up more than 3 years. But to be honest if laminated right and applied correctly the...
It has to have a short or something causing that i have had my screen want to almost freeze or lag to the touch before but never anything like this in almost two years. Please let us know what ya find out I am very curious.
That looks like a rigid frame stand to me. just a track on both sides and the bottom so the substrate can be slid in and out. My opinion there is no way that is an actual banner stand. Should be easy to find something similar to that.
most of that damage to me looked like its from 1 the banners being printed on a solvent machine 2 the banners were handled and stacked and hemmed way before they had time to gas. I would be worried about them RUSHING them for you lol. good luck.
That is just poor quality, the welds are sloppy and that should have never left there shop. I would expect a replacement and maybe look for a new supplier. I don't know what there history is but if that is the quality they put out i would get this job taken care of and say thanks but see ya later!
That is an issue with something your tech did, there is no reason your lines should jump like that allowing them to crimp. I would have them on the phone asap!
I would run away from that! It is just going to cause problems for you down the road. Wraps are a big liability under perfect conditions I wouldn't touch that thing.
I have ran enduralam and us tech and both are nice machines in my experience but both had heat assist. Also as the previous person said one of the most crucial thing to think about when getting a lam is what you will be using it for. Do you need back take up reels etc it all depends on what you...
Just from my experience if you laminate something like avery 2611 it will tend to want to curl and the material is thick enough and durable enough that it is no big deal not to laminate. If you are needing something with a certain finish or the customer asks for a laminate especially if it is on...
Need new panels cal vinyl will look bad and block all light. It will just wind up being something you replace again in 6 months cause it fails as well, I would sell the customer on new substrate or don't take the job.
I have used the color print PU multiple times and i love the soft feel and the print quality is very nice. Plus it is real easy to weed and transfers nice.
We use all 3M 180 its just seems to be the most versatile film like other people have said i think arlon is to aggressive, 3m just seems to be the most installer friendly material but that doesn't mean most pocket book friendly.
Like z signs said sell and produce the quality of work you want and if a customer is unwilling to pay for the quality of work you do then they are probably at the wrong place.
In the words of John Ruskin " The bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten."
