Rapid Tac made a believer out of me. I did an install last week with some large frost panels and it went on great.

Well in case you're interested..........I could not find any used 4' x 8' glass anywhere and I'm ready to get the tables built so I ordered 2 pieces of 1/2" 4' x 8' tempered with polished edges @ $337.16 each.....whew that's expensive.

Cre8tive - I am going to use glass instead of the self healing mat for a couple of reasons. The mat is a major P.I.A. to get perfectly flat and I just don't want to deal with it but, the main reason is because when laying down laminate or mask by hand I wanted the smoothest surface possible...

What you will be working on is definetly not an experimental aircraft. It might be an Ag-Cat or something similar that is certified to handle the weight of the chemicals. That being said.......the owner or pilot in charge of the aircraft will have to get YOUR installation signed-off by a...

What type of motor is that? Doesn't look like a Rotax. Very clean looking. I'm sure you have already but, be sure to do some reading on "crow-hops". It's a safe way to test airworthyness in the beginning. I built an airplane once and it was a blast to fly...wish I still had it.

there is a Roland Users forum that may be able to assist and I'm pretty sure there is a place to download all of the Roland profiles. I'd say google it and you should get a good starting point. Hope this helps.
